Incoloy 925 is a superalloy strengthened by age-hardening, primarily composed of nickel, chromium, and iron, with significant additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The ideal temperature range for forging Incoloy 925 is between 1,800°F (982°C) and 2,200°F (1,204°C). Forging should be done within this range to achieve optimal material properties and avoid overheating.
